Terms and Conditions for Imagine Social Content Collective Membership & Masterminds Groups:
1. Membership and Cancellation:
Term: Your membership will automatically renew each month (or 3/6 months or annual dependent on your membership) unless canceled in accordance with this section.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through our designated cancellation forms:
The Collective: designated cancellation form.
Realtor Marketing Masterminds cancellation form.
We do not accept email, phone or text cancellations. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 10 days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations may take 3-5 business days to process.
No Refunds: Due to the immediate access to digital content and the ongoing nature of the membership, we do not offer refunds for any partial month or unused portion of the membership.
Free trial cancellation: To avoid being charged for the first month, you must cancel your free trial at least 48 hours in advance using this form. We do not accept email, phone or text cancellations. Cancellations may take 1-2 business days to process. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the end of your trial period may result in a charge.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Imagine Social immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Termination by Imagine Social: Imagine Social reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to the course materials at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
2. Intellectual Property:
License Grant: Upon payment of your membership fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content provided by Imagine Social solely for your own real estate marketing purposes.
Restrictions: You may not modify, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content to any third party without express written permission from Imagine Social.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the content, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the sole property of Imagine Social.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties:
No Guarantee of Results: Imagine Social provides the content and resources in good faith, but makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the content for any particular purpose.
Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that your use of the content is at your own risk and that Imagine Social is not responsible for any results or outcomes arising from your use of the content.
4. Limitation of Liability:
No Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine Social shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the content or your membership in the Content Collective.
5. Force Majeure:
Unforeseen Events: Imagine Social shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and
Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental actions.
6. Additional Terms:
Payment: Membership fees are due in advance and will be billed automatically on the same date each month.
Modification of Terms: Imagine Social reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Imagine Social regarding your membership in the Content Collective.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Imagine Social operates.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where Imagine Social is based, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your participation in the course and use of the materials.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue unavailability), we may need to reschedule or cancel a workshop. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. In the event of technical difficulties on our platform, internet outages, etc., our courses may be inaccessible for reasons out of our control.
Account Usage and Intellectual Property
-Individual Use Only: Each participant will be assigned unique login credentials for the "Build & Launch Your Course: AI Masterclass Workshop." These credentials are for the sole use of the registered participant. Sharing login information, accessing the workshop content for group training, or any other form of unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke course access for anyone who is sharing logins, with no refunds.
-Intellectual Property Protection: All workshop materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, recordings, prompts, templates, and techniques, are the exclusive intellectual property of Imagine Social. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of these materials without express written permission from Imagine Social is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
Protection of Intellectual Property
-Zero Tolerance: Imagine Social takes the protection of its intellectual property very seriously. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of workshop materials is strictly prohibited.
-Legal Consequences: Violations of Imagine Social's intellectual property rights may result in legal action, including but not limited to seeking financial damages, injunctive relief, and the recovery of legal fees.
Application and Participant Selection
-Application Process: To ensure an optimal learning experience, participation in the "Build & Launch Your Course: AI Masterclass Workshop" requires an application process. Applicants must provide a clear outline of their course idea, demonstrate their readiness to actively build and launch their course, and confirm their understanding of the workshop's expectations.
-Selection Criteria: Imagine Social reserves the right to evaluate applications based on the strength of the course idea, the applicant's commitment to the process, and their alignment with the workshop's goals. Imagine Social may reject any application at its sole discretion.
Code of Conduct
-Respect and Professionalism: We strive to create a positive and productive workshop environment. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and refrain from disruptive behavior. All participants are expected to contribute to a positive and respectful learning environment. Disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior, whether verbal or written, will not be tolerated.
-Consequences of Disruption: Imagine Social reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior violates the Code of Conduct from the workshop without a refund. Decisions regarding removal are at the sole discretion of Imagine Social.
Additional Terms and Conditions
-Payment: Full payment for the workshop is required to secure your registration.
-Liability: Imagine Social or its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the workshop, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
-Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
